10. A super effective lemon cleanser

Also known as "lemon vinegar", this stuff is great for degreasing and disinfecting. To make it, just put a bunch of lemon peel in a glass jar. Pour white vinegar over it and put the lid on. Leave for 2 weeks, then strain the liquid. Add equal parts water, and use on all surfaces.

11. Repels ants and pests

28. Softens dry elbows

Use half a lemon sprinkled with baking soda and run it over your elbows. Simply place your elbow in the lemon and twist the lemon as if squeezing it with your elbow for several minutes. Rinse and dry. It also works for heels.

Lightly rub lemon peels on your face for a good skin tonic then rinse. Just be careful not to get any in your eyes and don't go out in the sun afterwards.
