A few years ago the government launched a TV advertising campaign entitled "Let's quickly reduce our waste, it's overflowing" . You could see trash cans full of waste growing and growing, until they became as big as the buildings around.

Well our reader Bernard Caldjjd knows how to avoid disaster:by cutting the packaging ! Indeed, a lot of cardboard or plastic packaging takes up a lot of space in garbage bags, whereas it would be enough to cut them into pieces to reduce the space occupied as much as possible.

An unwrapped package or a plastic bottle takes up 3 times more space than their actual area. Why? Because of all the empty space they contain. While cutting them out, we reduce them in an impressive way. Magical, isn't it?
