Result

Easy, fast and efficient, right?

She is now very clean .

But above all it works perfectly well.

No more badly washed dishes or the program that gets stuck in the middle!

Additional advice

Note that it is advisable to use protective gloves to do this deep cleaning.

Because you don't know what you'll find in the pump!

And you shouldn't cut yourself with shards of glass.

And you can do the same for all dishwasher brands:

Bosch, Siemens, Whirlpool, Beko, Brandt, Eletrolux, Hotpoint Ariston, LG, Candy, Thompson, Miele, Neff, Oceanic, Smeg, GE, Skinande (Ikea), Viva, Candy, Proline, Faure, Rosière, AEG, De Dietrich , Ariston, Zanussi, Indesit...

Note that on some dishwasher models, you must use a small Torx T20 screwdriver.

Don't force ! And call a repairman or a good handyman.

Better to go through this the first time than to break a piece, right?

But if you ever encounter the slightest resistance when disassembling the pump, do not insist.

For Miele dishwashers, the spray arm must first be unscrewed before the filter can be removed.

Then, just unclip the cover of the pump.

You can then clean the pump, as indicated above.

Precaution

Please note this:do not use an electrical appliance for this cleaning.

Even to unscrew the pump cover screw.

Water and electricity don't mix! And you risk electrocution.

Why does it work?

We often complain that the dishwasher washes badly and leaves dirt on the plates.

But do we do what is necessary to make it work optimally?

Cleaning the pump is part of regular maintenance from your device...

Just like the filter or the spray arms!

By doing this cleaning regularly , you extend the life of your machine.

But above all in everyday life, you make sure that it cleans your dishes perfectly.

In the end, it saves time and electricity because you don't have to wash your dishes a second time.
