8 very easy DIYs to customize your interior #2

At home, we often pass in front of a table, a chair or a piece of furniture thinking that we would add a nice cushion, a photo frame or a candle. But between the lack of time and the small savings that we are desperately trying to make, it is difficult to fulfill our wishes.

Here are eight decoration ideas to make yourself for a great result and at a mini price, spotted on Pinterest and the tipsdefilles.com blog:

5- Make a gourmet coat rack

If you have extra hangers (especially wooden ones with the hook that turns), keep only the hooks. Buy polystyrene balls and wrap them in wrapping paper, which you crumple on each side to give the appearance of candy. Glue them to the hooks and on a wooden board, come and fix them. This is a pretty sparkling coat rack.

6- Recycle your old jam jars

To do what ? A salt and pepper shaker! The principle is simple since after having washed your two small glass jars, you just have to pierce the lids, to make the holes. Fill one with salt, the other with pepper and you are equipped!

7- Create a musical light

You used to strum on the guitar but those days are over? No worries, if your guitar was not of great value, you just have to remove the "lid", inside fix two small wooden shelves (of the same color if possible) and come and place some candles. Once hung on the wall, your guitar finds a luminous second life.

8- Make a bouquet of paper flowers

Take a magazine page and fold it like an accordion. With scissors (the best is a herb scissors containing 5 blades), cut your folding to make fringes, under cut to the end (everything must hold together). Once finished, take each end and fold in half, to discover a flower, which you open well with your fingers. Come and fix everything on a wooden stick, covered with a green fabric for the rod.
