The concept of this “loan” apartment comes from the expert communication agency for influencers Village Marketing, which wanted to provide a framework dedicated “to the creation of content”. The places are ready to use and especially to be immortalized from all sides:everything is in its place in lit rooms and pastel walls. Ultra-modern lamps hang in the various spaces which contain among other things fur carpets, plush armchairs and touches of millennial pink (of course). “Most of the influencers we represent are millennials, they love this color palette. The golden touches, the fur, the very present velvet are just waiting for the photo shoots “, underlines the founder of the agency Vickie Segar. The suite consists of a 1950s-style living room with a large fireplace, an immaculate kitchen, a princess bedroom, a huge bathroom and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Big Apple . The rent is $15,000 (€13,000) per month but the influencers don't spend a penny, it's the brands looking for partnerships that pay part of the bill. It's a dream...
