Seams are the joints between two lengths of wallpaper. They are sometimes easy to manage if the repetitive patterns do not connect, or sometimes tricky if you have to align the prints of the visual between the first strip and the second, then so on. There is sometimes also a loss of material on rolls of 10 meters.
The solution to avoid fittings is the monobloc! The monobloc, printed in our workshop in Haute-Rivoire (69) is a single block of wallpaper several meters long. The wallpaper is thus in one piece, so no fittings to manage. Once the left vertical is well placed, the monobloc unrolls easily, remaining parallel to the wall.
We offer 2 finishes (in lengths and one-piece) to let everyone choose the product and the method of installation that corresponds to it. The one-piece wallpaper comes around a mandrel approximately 3 meters long! Fortunately, the delivery is at home!;)
For the installation of the monobloc, it is necessary to be at least two people and to unroll the wallpaper well as the gluing of the wall, without making large parts at once. The installation is done directly on the glued wall. You have to place the wallpaper vertically, at the start of the wall (this is very important!). Then, unrolling the tapestry from its mandrel, it places itself on the straight wall, remaining aligned at the top and bottom. Without fittings to manage the laying is easier than with the finish in lengths.
