How to make a headboard with duct tape

Introduction

Duct tape comes in a variety of colors and patterns and is available at most craft stores. Kids love it! A roll costs around $3 to $4 and you will need three to four rolls to make a headboard for a double bed. You should be able to get a large piece of cardboard for free at a grocery or home improvement store.

Colorful duct tape is wrapped around a large piece of cardboard to make this racy kids headboard. This is an inexpensive and easy project to do with your kids. No power tools are required, and children can use their creativity to the fullest.

Attach to wall

Use small wire nails to fasten the headboard to the wall. Put a piece of tape of the same color on the nail head to cover it.
